Sophisticated Change Agent and technology leader with solid history of spearheading strategic enterprise initiatives fostering exemplary customer experiences, business transformation, innovation culture progression and technology enablement. A catalyst for change with a successful history of delivering initiatives, programs and solutions that enable highly strategic enterprise initiatives supporting customer experience, business transformation, innovation culture fostering and technology enablement. I am at my best when leading diverse teams into new and unchartered territory to achieve significant performance improvement. Known as a gifted communicator and collaborator with exceptional executive presence, I am accomplished at designing and accelerating the adoption of high value changes within fast-paced enterprise. I believe in the collaborative power of the teams & through out of my career, I was able lead change & over achieve objectives through communicating vision, reaching alignment within different level, designing frameworks, motivating, guiding and mentoring cross functional teams and stakeholders, talented in influencing without authority. I consider myself a technology leader, who have the adequate knowledge and experience to propose and customize the adequate strategies, initiatives and frameworks to serve the business objectives and creates an impact. As of today I am holding the position of Research and Innovation Head in Valeo since February 2017 with a complete focus on advanced automotive software. Since June 2016, Member of the Valeo Group Research & Innovation Committee, Board Member in the Valeo Group Car Lab, Member of the Valeo Group Research and Innovation Academy Committee. In addition my community participation as an Advisory board member in the American University in Cairo, Science & Engineering School. Member of the Board of Trustees in TIEC- Technology, Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center.
